On 28th March 2024, NTPC Dadri organised a Leadership Workshop for all AGMs and above/ Senior Level Executives at the project on Living Life Intelligently & its Spiritual Aspects of Leadership . The session was conducted by Swami Chidrupananda from Chinmayanand Mission. The program began with the welcome of the esteemed dignitary by Shri. Rajasekhar Pala, GM (Operation) and Shri. N.N Sinha, GM (FM & Maintenance). 

Swami Chidrupananda talked about how living life intelligently involves a conscious cultivation of awareness and insight and how it requires leaders to look inward, exploring the depths of their own consciousness and motivations. By engaging in practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection, they gain clarity about their values, strengths, and areas for growth. 

He also spoke about how  leaders have to understand that their actions have ripple effects beyond themselves, impacting individuals, communities, and the environment. Thus, leadership should be approached with a sense of stewardship and responsibility, striving to create positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
